Letter: Kadodara Police GIDC filed a complaint against unknown people on Monday for damaging the automatic teller machine (ATM) from the State Bank of India (SBI) and stole Rs 29.28 lakh.
Theft was carried out at around 12:13 a.m.
on July 30 but complaints were registered on the third day after the incident.
Before bringing closer, thieves sprinkled several ingredients on the machine, CCTV cameras, and air conditioners at kiosks that damage electronic products.
The police claimed that the ATM was managed by a contract company and they told the police late.
The complaint was submitted by Dhaval Chauhan, a company employee who manages an ATM for a nationalized bank.
In his complaint, Chauhan claimed that he was told about theft by employees from the cash management agent who had contained cash at the kiosk located in Tatithaiya Village on Jalan Kadodara Bardoli.
Introduction Investigation reveals that the ATM is cut using a gas cutter.
The tray where cash is placed lost.
However, theft did not come to anyone’s knowledge until July 31.
“There is no security guard or work alarm at the ATM booth.
There is no monitoring of CCTV as well as after so many police hours are told,” said a police officer at the Kadodara Police Station.
The police must submit a report to the bank about the gap in security and checking CCTV recording recovered from the area.
It is not clear how many people are involved in theft.
This is also an investigation problem that no one in the area knows about theft because it takes more than an hour to cut an ATM.
