Ahmedabad: Hub Sabarmati High-Speed Rail (HSR) will get a five-star and commercial hotel 76 rooms on it.
Bullet train station in Kalupur, will appear on the current train platform 10, 11 and 12.
The first five-star hotel above the train station in the state was built in Gandhinagar.
National High-Speed Treas Corporation Limited said they designed the Sabarmati station remembering the proposed Ahmedabad-Delhi train project, which is likely to pass Udaipur.
Officials said detailed project reports were being prepared for the Ahmedabad-Delhi route and they would maintain alignment so that the route could come from Sabarmati.
Officials say the Sabarmati station will have two buildings on it, where someone will have a 76 room hotel and the other will have five floors backed up for office space.
Tower B will be a commercial room and Tower A will be the hotel.
Officials said the two towers would be connected by the Metro, the Sabarmati Train Station, HSR Station and BRT Station through a three-foot leg.
Officials say on the east side of the Ahmedabad train station, to Saraspur, the HSR station will appear above the 10, 11 and 12 platforms before, the station is only excessive platform 11 and 12.
The bullet train platform will be elevated with the sidewalk connecting to all Indian Railways platforms .
Officials said in the past it was decided to have an underground path that connects the platform, but now they have decided to give the existing sidewalk.
The integrated station building at Kaluup station will be equipped with escalators and lifts and will have facilities such as booking offices, passenger lobbies, and others.
Officials said the detailed traffic management plan around the station was prepared for a smooth traffic movement outside the station to ensure that users did not face congestion on the equal side.
Officials said that to facilitate congestion, they planned to have one direction on the road to the integrated station.
