Vadodara: A 16-year-old girl allegedly raped after being dragged on a blank luxury bus parked on the side of the road in the city of Vadodara Gujarat, police said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred on January 2pm at the location of the new VIP city, a police officer said, added that the small defendant had been detained, while the search ruled out his two mercy who helped him in crime.
“The 16-year-old victim from the tribe community was dragged on the bus parked by the main accusation, which was still small, and two mercy, around 8pm on January 2,” said the official police office official.
“Two accused of escaping helped accuse the accusing the girl into the bus by force.
The duo then went down and locked the luxury bus door, where the main defendant rose,” he said.
The initial accusation then threatened the girl opposed to reveal the incident to anyone, the official said.
“The police have held back small allegations, while the two brors flee,” he added.
The police did not determine the age of two of his mercy.
After the incident, the victim went to his original place in Madhya Pradesh together with his relatives.
But when his uncle knew about the incident later, he approached the police to file a complaint, basically a registered FIR, the official said.
This case is registered under the IPC 376 (rape), 354 (a) (sexual abuse), 506 (2) (criminal intimidation), 114 (Present present when violations are committed), and part of the protection of children from sexual sex Invite a violation (Pocso), he said, adding that the investigation into this case was underway.
