Gujarat: Two teenagers ‘Thieves’ hang racks at the police station

Letter: Two teenagers detained because the alleged theft of bicycles was hung on death in the Chikhli police station in the Navsari district on Wednesday morning.
Sunil Pawarthe Duo, was identified as Ravi Jadhav and Sunil Pawar, both of them were 19 years old, were picked up by police from the Chikhli police station because they were suspected of stealing two bicycles.
They were stored in a room at the police station to be interrogated.

Rana said that the duo did not have a criminal background.
The police said that they were a really good duo until 5 am when the last staff saw them.
Around 8 in the morning, when an sweeper entered the room to clean, he was surprised to find the duo hanging.
When the incident was revealed, the police station staff also began to worry as soon as senior officials including police supervisors and deputy collectors reached the police station to find out what had happened.
Even the Mola BJP and Congress Gandevi and Vansda also reached the police station along with their supporters.
After a senior and MLA official meeting, the four member investigation team led by Dysp Shutter was formed.
“The probe will greet that has brought both of them to die to the police station and what happened in it after they were taken in.
After our investigation, we will notify the Human Rights Commission who will ask a judge to find out the reason for their death,” said Rana.
More officers said that to find out the cause of their deaths, their bodies were taken for post mortem to a new civil hospital in a letter for further forensic investigation.
Meanwhile, to prevent problems at the police station after death, additional police forces had been deployed at the Chikhli police station.
Mitesh, Kin of one of the suspects told Tii, “I met them on Tuesday at the police station and they said that they were picked up while working.
It is impossible to believe that they can commit suicide because they look normal when I meet them.”
