Gandhinagar: The lack of monsun has thinned water levels in dam status and water storage of the dam is 47.54% of their total gross storage capacity, Narmada and water resources, water supply and the Kalpsar department said on Wednesday.

According to the IMD report, Gujarat has reported departure -45% of normal rainfall between June 1 and June 10.
Like opposing normal rainfall of 458.8mm for this period, the state only accepts 252.7mm rainfall, the weather department, stated.
Only five out of 207 dam filled with full, and four of them were in the Saurashtra area and one in South Gujarat, the government said on Wednesday.
