Gulshan murder case: HC upholds merchant beliefs

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Thursday enforced the belief of traders Abdul Rauf in the murder case of Gulshan Kumar, the founder of the T-Series.
Merchants were sentenced to life in prison in 2002 for killing Kumar who led the T-Series music company in 1997.
As many as four compares were listed in the High Court.
Three appeals opposed the confidence of the merchant of Rauf accused, Rakesh Chanchaya Pinnam and Rakesh Khaokar, while others have been submitted by the Maharashtra government against Ramesh Taurani’s release.
He was released on charges of reducing for murder.
Gulshan Kumar, founder of the T-Series music label and Bollywood film producer, was killed on August 19, 1997, in Juhu.
Some people were arrested and demanded in the case of murder.
