Gurgaon: The city on Tuesday reported 14 new cases of Covid-19 taking the caseload to 1,80,607.
The number of active patients has now come down to 187, of whom 172 are in home isolation and 15 are in dedicated Covid-19 hospitals and 19 in health centres.
At present the positivity rate has come down to 0.3%, health officials said.
“The average positivity rate this month stands at 0.72 %, lowest this year, which was 19.2% in May and 21.2% in April,” said Dr Jai Prakash, district surveillance officer.
Moreover, one more Covid death was reported on Tuesday taking the toll to 887 in the city.
Of 887 deaths, 588 people had comorbidities, officials said.
The fatality rate at present stands at 0.4%.
Moreover, a total of 27 recoveries were recorded taking the total number of recoveries to 1,79,533.
