Gurgaon: The city reported less than 30 new Covid-19 cases — 27— on Wednesday, the lowest in 109 days.
The last time Gurgaon had less than 30 new cases was on February 22, when it witnessed 25 cases.
With this, the caseload has now reached 1,80,403.
Gurgaon’s positivity rate is 1% at present, while the number of active cases is 581.
On Wednesday, four deaths were reported in the district, taking the Covid toll to 860.
The fatality rate stands at 0.4% now.
As many as 84 people also recovered on Wednesday.
With this, the total number of recoveries has gone up to 1,78,962.
The city’s recovery rate is 99.2% as of now.
Meanwhile, 91 people were sent to institutional quarantine facilities on Wednesday.
In the past 24 hours, the health authorities collected 3,883 samples for antigen and RT-PCR tests.
