Gurugram: ex-MP booked as a complaint of the Protester NAMAZ file

Gurugram: Former Rajya Member Sabha Mohammad Adeeb, who recently moved the Supreme Court about Namaz’s disorder in the city, has been ordered based on Part 153 (provocation for riots) IPC in a complaint from a man who has a complaint displayed regularly in protest against prayer Friday in public spaces.
The complaint itself is based on newspaper reports published on January 2 in Hindi every day where a member of the Muslim community is said to claim part of the land in sector 40 as their property.
Dinesh Bharti, who has been imprisoned on charges of disturbing Namaz and communal harmony, said in his complaint on January 3 that the problem of Namaz in the open area was resolved after the statement of Minister of Manohar Lal Khattar, but quoted the report to Mohammad.
Abdul Kashmi has claimed that they will begin to build a mosque in sector 40.
Besides Kashmi and one more person, he is also named Adeeb in complaints.
Adeeb is the face of the Gurugram Muslim Council, a group formed by several Muslims in the city after Row Namaz.
The three were ordered under Section 153 and 34 (general intentions) of the IPC at the Sector Police Office 40 on Tuesday.
ACP Aman Yadav confirms this case has been registered.
“We have called people (named in FIR) to record their statements,” he said.
Adeeb told Ti that he didn’t even realize the location of the land concerned.
“The kasing was submitted without questions or investigations.
It was done to reputation and my social position because I submitted an insulting case at the Supreme Court.
This is an administrative and police vocal approach,” he said.
Gurugram Muslim council has in his request before the Supreme Court cited the court order on the steps to be taken to “curb communal tendencies and violence which resulted in the behavior of racial crime” in Tehseen S Poonawalla vs Union of India Case in 2018 looking for action against the Secretary of the Head Haryana and Director General of Police.
Adeeb added, “We have filed five complaints against this person (Bharti) to the police, but until now, there is no action taken to them.
But the same police quickly submitted a case in one complaint by this person,” Adeeb said, Adding he will move to court.
The former parliamentary member said he urged members of the community to approach the court to resolve the problems related to land and other aspects.
