Gurugram: A 20-year-old man on Wednesday died of suicide by jumping before Delhi-Ajmer Shatabdi Express.
His mutilated body was found on the railway and his identity was not confirmed, according to officials.
The train police were told at 7:30 a.m.
about the body lying on the path between Gurugram and Garhi-Harsaru train station, officials added.
A team reached a point and collected body parts, they said, added that the Gurugram train police had submitted a case and sent the body to the corpse for autopsy.
Pawan Kumar, responsible for the Gurugram Chowki train police, said the man jumped in front of Shatabdi Express away from Delhi to Ajmer and the train driver confirmed it.
