Gurugram: Two brothers who have a car parts manufacturing unit in the city have been ordered for allegedly exploiting employees of a woman.
The 49-year-old complainant accused him of experiencing sexual exploitation for several years and even forced to undergo abortion.
The duo also threatened to involve her husband and his son in fake cases, he told the police.
In his police complaint, which was submitted earlier this week, the woman said she moved to Gurugram from above in 1990 after she was married, because her husband used to work in a duo manufacturing unit accused of being a mechanic.
They were given a quarter nearby.
The complainants also got a job as a cum-office office assistant at the factory in the same year.
“One of my employers had a bad intention from the first day itself.
He used to call me to his room every time he was alone and touched me inappropriately.
When I refused, he threatened to destroy my family.
On August 5, 1990, he came to My room was when I was alone and raped me for the first time.
He threatened to kill my husband if I talked to anyone about the incident, “he told the police.
A few days later, his brother was also suspected of visiting his room and raped him.
In return to keep mothers about their trials, he convinced him that he would help his family and increase his salary.
“After that, they continued to be sexually exploited for years.
I kept silent because I was scared and helpless,” said the complainant.
Over the years, he has a son.
When he was 17 years old, he was also given a job at the factory.
Brothers gave him a cellphone and also offered to help him build a house in Gurugram.
In 2016, he knew that he was pregnant with a child from one of the men.
They forced him to undergo abortion at a private hospital in January 2017, he accused.
“They continue to exploit me sexually and pay household fees every month.
In November 2017, I was finally enough and told them that I would tell their family about my trials.
They threatened to consume poison and blame my family and me in Suicide notes, “said the complainant.
Cannot take exploitation again, he started against them.
“The men and their sons forced me to return to my hometown with the threat that they would frame my husband and child in fake cases.
They somehow managed to get a signature from my husband on a blank paper and threatened to abuse it, “He told the police.
The woman returned to Gurugram earlier this week and filed a police complaint.
A pine was registered at the Women’s (Western) Police Station against the brothers under the 376D (Gang Rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) IPC on Wednesday.
“The case has been registered and investigations are underway,” said Benken Subhash Police spokesman.
