Gurugram: Commanding in the area around the sector 64 to 67 can become finer at the end of the year because the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) wants to make special improvements to the Master Road 2.1 km-km.
Stretch is located adjacent to the south peripheral road (SPR) and serves as a sector separator road 65 and 66, and sector 64 and 67.
It provides access to some gated condos – such as Irao Victory Valley, and EMAAR Estate Emerald, and schools like school Millennium Shriram.
Some commercial locations that see high legs, such as Worldmark, are also located in the area.
According to officials, road repairs tend to cost 4.2 crore GMDA Rs and will take six months to solve it.
It will include road overlay, repair of pathways, road safety items such as solar cat eyes, metal delineaters and flexible median markers.
In addition, hazard markers and warning signboards will also be established as part of the project.
Although GMDA has floated tenders for previous work, in August last year, the project had to retendation last month due to poor responses from the contractor.
In accordance with the latest tenders, the rented contractor for the work must also comply with the three-year maintenance accountability period.
