Ranchi: Raj Bhavan and CMO in Jharkhand are on the Collission course as Governor of Ramesh Bais has decided not to give up the issue of limiting the governor’s power in nominating members for the Advisory Council (TAC) tribe.
Bais looked for legal opinions and awaited files related to TAC Rule 2021 which was notified by the Hemant Government of Soren on June 5 this year.
Talking to Toi in Raj Bhavan, Tuesday, BAIS said the Governor is constitutionally the guardian of tribal rights in Schedule Schedule V.
“I believe that no government can fidact the spirit of the constitution and any changes in constitutional conditions such as TAC and work that is not Can be carried by the state government, through a simple law, “he said.
Bais interacts with media people in Raj Bhavan to share their visions for the development of tribal and people’s countries.
He said TAC advised the governor on important issues for the welfare and development of the tribal population and the nomination of its members was an important task.
“According to the provisions, 16 members for the council were nominated by the government while the governor nominated four.
“This is not a matter of ego, as I save the side of the day I joined the political life but as a tribal rights custody in the V schedule area, it is my duty to see that the constitution is applied in the letter and enthusiasm,” he said.
BAIS acknowledged that the file associated with the notification issued by the government was called by the Governor out, Droupadi Murmu, but was postponed and then returned.
“I am waiting for files and also looking for legal opinions to take this problem well,” he said.
Bais, however, emphasizes that he does not support any clashes with the government or minister.
“I am on a constitutional post and no action must be partisan.
I have met the minister on several occasions I am sure that he also wants to work for the progress of the country where Raj Bhavan wants to be a facilitator, “he said.
