GZB: 10 years accused of entering the temple ‘for recipes’

Ghaziabad: A 10-year-old boy from a minority community is equated with “a trained killer” by a chief of a local temple head and must prove his innocence before the police on Sunday night in the face of intense supervision of “intention”.

The boy, was accused by Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati from Dasna Devi’s temple entering the place for “a recce”, was made to stand in front of the camera when the priest went with scolding, which was recorded and then shared on social media.
Meanwhile, a police officer (who introduced himself to the camera when Suresh) stood without intervention, holding a minor hand.
The priest underlined that the boy had been handed over to the police and not slapped, offending this parade when other boys from the minority community who had entered the temple to drink water beaten by one of the pastor’s helpers.
The Temple Bars people from other communities enter the place.
When the police spoke to the 10-year-old boy on Sunday, they learned that he was a resident of the Usman colony and came to the area to visit relatives, who were pregnant and treated at the Community Health Center (CHC) adjacent to the temple.
The boy told the police that he was confused about the location definitely CHC and had walked in from the gate when he saw many people in.
This happens to be the temple gate.
The police then took the boy to CHC to check his version and found the information he shared for correct.
The boy was later allowed to leave.
ASP Akash Patel told Ti that around 9:30 a.m.
on Sunday, the police received information from the temple management that “suspicious boys” had entered the temple.
“We asked that boy.
He told us that he spoke to his relatives on the phone and they told him to reach the gate of the Dasna Mandir where he could easily find CHC.
But once the boy reached the temple, he was confused and entered the temple.
The police were also present at the gate, “Patel said.
“We asked the boy for more than an hour and so detailed was confirmed, we handed it to his parents at the Masuri police station,” ASP added.
Saraswati told the toi boy had entered the temple where 9:15 a.m.
He was attached to his allegations apart from the police rebuttal.
“He is part of several anti-social groups, who tried to kill me.
The police failed to protect me, and so far, the police also failed to resolve the case of an attack on a priest,” he said.
On August 10, Swami Nareshanand (56), a resident of Samastipur and a priest, received an injury after someone stabbed him when he was sleeping in the temple.
The attacker has not been identified.
The police said there was no minor which would be allowed to enter the next temple place without ID.
“We have decided that we will not let the entry of children without id,” said Patel.
The boy’s father is a carpenter.
The boy lost his mother five years ago.
The father said this correspondent, daughter-in-law was treated at CHC.
“I knew about 10 pm and immediately went to the Masuri police station, where the police also asked me some questions.
They verified everything we said, and around 11:30 a.m., they released my son,” he said.
