Ghaziabad: Five people, including two minors, died in his head on a collision between trucks and cars on Meerut Toll Road under the Masuri police station in Ghaziabad, police said on Tuesday.
The accident occurred near the city of Bhojpur at around 9:30 a.m.
on Monday when the truck was driven on the wrong side of the road, colliding with a car where seven people traveled, they said.
The seven passengers, who were on our way to Ghaziabad from Haridwar, suffered a serious injury and taken to the nearest hospital in Ghaziabad, they said.
Ashish (33), his wife of Shilpi (30), and Son Dev (1), a resident of Azad Nagar Aalam Bagh, Lucknow, along with Sonu (35) and his daughter Pari alias Kavya (11) – came from Ratroi Village in Aligarh – surrender injury, police said.
Nidhi (28), wife of Sonu, and Shivi (4), Putri Ashish and Shilpi, undergo treatment, police supervisor (rustic) said Iraj Raja.
The Bablu truck driver was arrested and the vehicle spread.
A pine under the right part of the IPC has been registered, the police said.
