Ghaziabad: Mohammad Zubair, one of the founders of the website that examined the facts of Alt News, and journalist Saba Naqvi recorded their statement at the Loni Border Police Station on Monday, responding to notifications sent after FIR was submitted to them earlier this month to share videos related to attacks A 72-year-old man in Loni.
The police claimed the video they shared – where the victim of the attack, Abdul Samad, claimed that he was the target of racial crime – not verified.
Their investigation, police said, showed Samad and was accused of the main in the attack, Pravesh Gujjar, Knowing each other and Pravesh had a personal grudge against Samad.
“Mohammed Zubair and Saba Naqvi issued a notice below the CRPC 41A along with the others,” Sho Akhilesh Kumar Mishra said.
Four other individuals were ordered in this case, including the Ayyub shutter journalist.
Police have last week called by Twitter India Managing Director Manish Maheshwari in the same fir.
Maheshwari moved the Karnataka High Court to relieve.
Zubair was posted on his Twitter account, “I have removed the video I have posted.
The victim version of him was forced to shout ‘Jai Shri Ram’ at this time did not seem to increase by my conversation with police authorities and other journalists who reported this problem .
“Ghaziabad SSP Amit Pathak said the police would make their shipments before the high court in the trial on the request submitted by MD India Twitter.
“The court will hear the case on Tuesday and the Ghaziabad police will also be represented in the trial.

One of the desired attack on Samad is, meanwhile, was arrested on Sunday.
“Callu Gujjar is one of the 12 accused of this case.
