Ghaziabad: After sending some notifications to Indian Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari, Police Ghaziabad has sent the Third Notification – This time for former Microblogging Complaints Officer in India Dharmendra Chatur – Over Circulation of Video aged 72 years in which a 72-year-old man was attacked at 5 June accuses it is a racial crime.
