Ghaziabad: After sending some notifications to Indian Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari, Police Ghaziabad has sent the Third Notification – This time for former Microblogging Complaints Officer in India Dharmendra Chatur – Over Circulation of Video aged 72 years in which a 72-year-old man was attacked at 5 June accuses it is a racial crime.

Akhilesh Kumar Mishra, the Border Police Station Sho Loni, said the notification was sent on 2.
“They have been directed to record their statements at the police station in seven days, failing which actions can be initiated against them,” added Mishra.

Asked why a notice was released to him, Police Chief Ghaziabad Amit Kumar Pathak told toi, “The incident of cutting attacks and beards took place in Loni on June 5 and fake videos circulated for the next few days.
We have a reason to believe that at that time, Dharmendra Chatur is an Indian Twitter complaint officer.
In the event of a change in a position, this is for Dharmendra Chatur to respond to the notification and state the fact through the official channel.

Police Ghaziabad sent a notification to Maheshwari based on 166 CRPC section on June 17 and the second on June 21 under Section 41a after rejecting Indian Twitter requests MD to show video calls.
Maheshwari then moved the Karnataka High Court to be relieved.

The police had, meanwhile, submitted a chargesheet in court against 11 accused in case of attack, including Pravesh.
The fee has also been submitted to the Functioner of the Samajwadi Party Ummed Phelwan Idris, who was accused of inciting Samad to make the accusation and give a communal touch with the attack.
The police then requested the provisions of the National Security Law against Idris and the parts of the Gangster Act against Pravesh and other defendants, Kallu Gujjar.
