New Delhi: Hairstylist Jawed Habib has submitted a written apology before the National Commission to spit on the head of a woman while arranging her hair during the seminar recently.
He said he had stated that he had no intention of hurting or did not respect anyone.
The panel directs it to ensure things like that are not repeated.
NCW on Tuesday also said he had written to Tamil Nadu DGP to take action against Siddharth’s actor for a demeaning statement against the woman’s anchor on Twitter.
It came a day after NCW marked another tweet from the actor against the Badminton player Saina Nehwal.
