Aging is an inevitable process but premature aging is something you must worry about.
Here we list some very common daily habits, we follow, whether intentionally or accidentally can make us look older.
Consume too much alcohol

Smoking stops our skin ability to produce new cells and hence make us look aged.
Eat too much sugar

According to research, when high sugar or glucose levels are consumed, they connect amino acids in collagen and elastin so that they damage it and inhibit the body’s natural repair process.
Stress and lack of sleep
At present almost everyone is lack of sleep or live under pressure.
When we sleep, our body system is undergoing updates and repairs.
The less sleep than you really need can appear on your face.
When you are stressed, your nervous system releases stress hormones like cortisol.
This stress hormone leads to increased oil production on our skin which results in clogged pores and acne breakouts.
Sleep and stress are closely related, bad sleep can cause irritability and stress while healthy and healthy sleep can improve well-being.
