Prasagraj: The High Court of Allahabad on Friday provided protection from the arrest of the former Governor of Uttar Pradesh Dr.
Aziz Qureshi, against whom the FIR was submitted in a case of incitement to make a comment insulting to the Minister of Chief Yogi Adityanath.
Hearing the WRIT petition submitted by Dr.
Qureshi, a division bench consisting of Pritinker Justice represented and Justice Mohammad Aslam was directed to register this case on October 6 for the next hearing.
In written petition, Dr.
Qureshi has been seeking the termination of FIR advice the government asked the court that he could be given three days to find instructions and to call a diary.
