WASHINGTON: United States Secretary of the United States Alejandro Maytorsas defended his department on Wednesday after a picture that showed immigration officers installed by horses pursuing Haiti migrants on the border with Mexico to Viral.

Images “do not reflect who we are as a country, also does not reflect who the Customs and Border Protection United States,” Mayorkas told the Homeland House security committee.
“I have ordered an investigation into the event captured in the pictures,” he said.
“The facts will encourage the actions we take, we ourselves will not draw a punch,” he said, promising results “in a few days and not weeks”.
The critics say the pictures of Del Rio, Texas, suggested both cowboys trying to hold livestock and time in history when the police were mounted by horses, prison guards or slave owners using whips against Black American.
They came when the Mayorter Department struggled to stop thousands of Haitians and people from other countries that crossed the border hoping to live in the United States.
The border patrol began to deport Haiti residents back to their country by air during the weekend.
But after pictures of horsemen and migrants spread, Democratic Party member President Joe Biden condemned treatment.

When migrants continued to cross the border Wednesday and thousands of still camping under the bridge at Del Rio, Maytors said the department worked to prevent arrival.
“We did have a plan to overcome migration on the southern border, we were executing, it took time and we began to see the results,” he told the panel.
