Haveri: Hand grenades found on housing sites in the city of Haveri in Ijarilakapur on Thursday night while the owner was cleaning it.
The owner informs the police, who along with other teams, reaches the place.
They sealed the area and notified anti-bomb troops.
Grenades are rusty and pinned.
Residents panic but the police calmed them down.
“Hand grenades have been taken to the Hombbaradi shooting area for diffusion.
After an investigation, a report will be prepared by experts to find out how many bombs and other details,” Hanumantara, the police supervisor in Haveri said.
