INDORE: A special investigation team commissioned a’honeytrap’ situation in Indore which made national headlines 2019 has requested former Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath to publish a pencil drive in his ownership as”very important proof”.
Five girls and a man were arrested in Bhopal and Indore at September 2019 for supposedly trapping well-placed individuals and blackmailing them using objectionable videos.
The SIT note sent to Nath stated he’d promised in an internet press conference on May 21 he had been responsible for a pencil drive/CD of this honeytrap case.
The note went on to say that this”pencil drive/CD was very important proof” and it’d produce the probe more efficient and more powerful.
It included that Nath ought to be within his house in Bhopal in 12:30pm June 2 to document his statement and hands over the pencil drive/CD into the SIT.
Talking on the matter in Morena,” Nath said he’d reply to the note but included that the pen drive wasn’t with him and many journalists were accountable for it and it had been circulated extensively in MP.
Nath said that he had been kept informed regarding the situation from the authorities as he had been that the CM at that moment.
