Hanuman Jayanti added Choti’s celebration Diwali in Sangam City

Prasagraj: Hanuman Dewa Temple Decorated with Flowers and Electric Jhalalar, Bhandara from Mass Prasad was held in several temples in the city and Shobha Yarta (religious procession) marked by Hanuman Jayanti on Wednesday.
When a pandemic seemed to slow down, a large number of worshipers in the city of Sangam enthusiastically celebrated the day with a lot of enthusiasm and devotion.
Since morning, worshipers are seen offering bouquets made from marigold flowers and tulsi leaves to God in different temples of the city including civil lines, sangam, rambagh, high court etc.
All temples witnessed heavy pointed can be seen at Bade Hanuman Temple of Civil Lines and Lete (lying) Hanuman Ji from Sangam, especially at night.
The temples are decorated with colorful lights and flowers.
The idol of the god of Hanuman is decorated with flowers and worshipers not leaving the stone missed to decorate the exterior of these temples.
Even though worshipers began visiting temples from the morning, the number swelled at the curfew.
The long queue was witnessed at the temple because worshipers wait patiently to offer sweets for their gods and offer prayers.
Likewise, Shobha Yatra was also issued in several regions in the city including Tripollia (Zero Roads), Rambagh and Allah.
More than a dozen children dressed like Hanuman, Shiva, RAM, Laxman and Goddess and other Dewi walked on the road because worshipers offer compliance and dancing to religious songs.
Passing Zero Road, the procession went to Chameli Bai Dharmshala, Hewett Road, Jhonstonganj, Ghanta Ghar, Loknath, Bharti Bhawan, Sheesh Mahal, Bahaduranj, Batasha Bath, Mansarovar before returning to Tripolia.
Likewise, special prayers are carried out at the Rambagh temple.
Speaking of the significance of the day, a religious scholar, Anil Mishra from Guriya Math said that even though Hanuman Jayanti was also celebrated in Chaitra, the same celebrated in Chhoti Diwali too.
“It was also called Narak-Chaturdashi or more popular as Chhoti Diwali who fell on the 14th day of Kartik.
This festival was observed to commemorate Lord Krishna’s victory over the Demon King Narkisur.
Today is also celebrated as Hanuman or Hanuman Jayanti’s birthday,” he said.
Signanumanji’s bear day reached the day when Hanumanji reached Ayodhya to give back a long-awaited message.
