Haphazard parking vehicles inhibit traffic in Hubballi

Hubballi: Haphazard parking of vehicles has been rampant, inhibiting smooth traffic movements in the city of Hubballi.
The problem is since August, when the contract is related to the vehicle’s pull it has ended.
Because of the fear of towing vehicles and a decent fine, riders are used to park their vehicles only in the designated place.
But in the absence of a vehicle towing system now, the rider parked their vehicle at will.
It not only inhibits vehicle movements, but also disturbs commercial company owners.
In some areas, roads are being excavated for various development jobs, and this adds to the problem.
Ravi Pawar, shop owner near the Batalagavi Galli, said his business was hampered because of continuous road work.
“Parking problems are adding to our misery.
The driver starts arguing if we ask them to park their vehicles correctly.
Such an argument is the order of that day.
They also advise us that we urge authorities to repair the road,” he said.
Many entrepreneurs and owners of commercial companies blame the authority of citizenship and police for haphazard vehicle parking.
When contacted, Police Commissioner Labhuram said they strictly enforced traffic rules to ensure the right vehicle parking.
“Our officials will be directed to start strict actions against violators of traffic rules, especially those who park their vehicles carelessly,” he added.
Frequent road work and Hapazard parking has been a major concern for traders from Koppikar Road, Ditness Peth, Station Road, Durgadbail, Lamington Road, Club Road, TB Road, Deshpande Nagar and Main Stretch.
“The police must restore the vehicle towing system and make the driver wrong falling in line,” they said.
