HAQQANI NETWORK: The most feared Afghan militant

KABUL: The Taliban while the Taliban in Afghanistan includes two representatives from one of their most feared factions – the Haqqani network.
As expected, they have emerged as a key player in new settings, after the Taliban directed the US-backed Afghan military and arrested Kabul on August 15.
