Bikaner: Two days after agricultural college students, a Constituent of College of Swami Keshwand Rajasthan (Skrau), Bikaner, suicide allegedly harassed by classmates, the police have not started an investigation.
Police said Pradeep Meghwal, a 4th grade student studied BSC (agriculture) and residents of Karkedi City Village Kuchaman in the Nagaur district, jumped before the train that was quickly near the University campus on Wednesday night.
The police recovered suicide tones that said he took extreme steps after being harassed by his classmates – a girl and four sons.
Ranjeet Meghwal, the deceased’s brother, accused in his complaint to the Bichwal police officer Chaudhary, Ravindra Froda, Gagan Abhijeet Singh, Rajkumar grains and Shishpal Jewaliya had harassed Pradeep for a long time for the previous monika.
“Pradeep shared suffering with his family last month when he came home and survived a failed suicide offer on August 18th.
We sent him back to campus after entertaining him and asked him to focus on his studies,” said Ranjeet.
Ranjeet told TII by telephone that the complaints of abuse were submitted with university authorities describing the chain of events and committees formed by universities to investigate the allegations.
The committee closed the complaint after imposing a fine of RS 4,000 to students accused and marked the resolved problems.
“The group convinced the committee not to harass pradeep again but in reality it continued to disturb him,” he thought.
“I am a dalit and the defendant is the influential people of the higher caste.
I am worried that the police will not take legitimate action.
The defendant is still large,” added Ranjeet.
PS Shekhawat, acting Representative Chancellor and Director of Research in Skrau, said the problem was never taken to university notice and completed at the college level with the approval of the two parties.
Some calls to Bichwal Sho Manoj Sharma and Circle Officer Pavan Kumar Bhadouria and Lecture Dean IP Singh remained unanswered.
