Finale concluded with the crown of Harnaz, Ritika, and Sonal as the top three, while Divita Rai, Tarini Kalingaryar, Ankita Singh was held by Liva Miss Diva 2nd Runner Up, Liva Miss Diva 3rd Runner Up, and Liva Miss Diva 4th, respectively.
