Perfirion Hollywood Mogul and wasolated Rape Harvey Weinstein, who served a 23-year sentence in New York for rape and sexual violence, has been extradited to California for trials of sexual attacks.
According to Fox News, a lawyer for Weinstein confirmed the same thing with the news outlet and notified that his client’s extradition was expected to occur in mid-July so he could try for more cost of sexual violence.
A spokesman for the New York state correction department and community supervision told Fox News in a statement, “This morning around 9:25 Pak Harvey Weinstein’s prisoner was handed over to the right official for transportation to the state of California per rule.
Order.”

Winstein’s lawyer, Mark Werksman said that he was “disappointed that the court did not allow it to give the court time to rule over our Habeas petition” and he will continue to struggle to defend Weinstein.
Weinstein, who has served a 23-year-old sentence in New York for rape and sexual violence, faces 11 counts in California, including sexual rape and batteries involving five incidents suspected of happening between 2004 and 2013.

He accused the claim that Weinstein raped Italian model at the Beverly Hills Hotel on February 18, 2013, only the day before the attack on other women, Lauren Young.
Alleged attacks from three other women all took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to Fox News, regardless of how California’s trial ended, the former producer still had to return to New York to serve the remaining 23 years of punishment.
