Noah: As many as 13 cows were killed and nine others were injured as a container who allegedly smuggled it for massacizing lost and reversed controls being chased by a cow protection team in Nuh Haryana District, police said on Thursday.
After the incident, which occurred on Wednesday night in the Punhana police station area in the district, truck drivers and cow smugglers managed to escape, under the cover of darkness and fog, they said.
After the accident, injured cows were brought to a beef wire near the District and Cemara Registered against five alleged cattle smugglers at the Punhana police station from Nuh Regency.
At 9pm on Wednesday, the Hodal cattle protection team in Noah’s district was informed that cattle were smuggled to Utawad through Punhana and Hodal in a closed container.
This information was delivered to the local police and the cattle protection team departed after the container with the Bichhore police team and the Punhana crime branch team also installed a barricade on the road after getting information, police said.
The container driver, however, drove past the barricade and turned his vehicle on a hollow road to Shikrawa, a police said, added a container upside down because of the fog and holes on the road.
After the accident, the criminals fled from the place to take advantage of the fog and darkness.
A pine has been registered against five named and several accused of names in the relevant legal provisions at the Punhana police station here.
A senior officer said that they were raiding to accuse the defendant.
