Chandigarh: Adequate steps have been taken to ensure current and fair behavior of Haryana Civil Service and the Allied Exam are scheduled for September 12, Viji Varhan Secretary’s Chief told Thursday.
A total of 1,48,242 candidates will appear for this examination at 538 centers in 13 districts throughout the state.
Vardhan held a meeting with the deputy commissioner during the day during the exam, a official statement said.
He directed the deputy commissioner to appoint judges or executive judges in their district for a smooth test behavior.

Team along with judges and police will visit inspection centers established in the District and Crosscheck settings.
Special care must be taken to ensure that no suspicious movement of every person or vehicle around any center is directed by Vardhan.
Apart from this, special vigils must be stored in sensitive centers, he said.
He also directed the deputy commissioner to appoint a nodal officer in their district for the overall supervision of the examination.
In addition, the coordinator must also be appointed to ensure all other settings in the inspection centers, the head secretary said.
In meetings, ADGP, Law and Order, Navdeep Singh Virk directed the police supervisor to examine the examinations and surrounding areas on the exam day.
Special attention must be given to ensure no big meeting outside the center, he added.
The exam will be held on September 12 in two shifts.
Public study papers will be held from 10am to 12 noon, and CSAT paper from 3pm to 5pm, the statement said.
Chairman of Haryana Public Service Commission Alok Verma and Commission Secretary, Bhupinder Singh, also attended the meeting.
