Haryana: Government documents to protest e-transfer policy

Gurugram: Government doctors in Haryana threatened to hold a general meeting near the home of the minister of minister in Karnal on December 5 if the state government did not return his decision to implement online transfer policies and set additional tasks on the current medical staff.
The Haryana Civil Service Service Association (HCMS) on Tuesday submitted a memorandum in this case with the Gurugram Health Department and District Administration.
This association also demands the creation of ‘specialist cadres’ for doctors without delay.
Dr.
MP Singh, the vice president of the association, told TII that the previous state government had agreed to implement their demands for additional increases to specialist doctors and career development (ACP) which is guaranteed with other North Indian states.
“We held a meeting with the head of Minister Haryana on July 24, where our demands were delayed long accepted.
However, there has been no progress since then.
The association has given a representation in time, but our demands have not been fulfilled,” he said.
According to the association, doctors were forced to protest.
“We will hold a meeting of public bodies on December 5 in Karnal and after that we will march towards the house of CM to file our demands.
We have filed our demands to the Gurugram Civil Surgeon and Deputy Commissioner,” Dr.
Singh said.
Association members also demanded Ened to direct the recruitment of senior medical officers.
“Also, previously there were 10% to 30% of incentives for candidates in service to do post-graduation.
Now, we also demand a fixed quota recovery for candidates in service,” said Dr.
Rajesh Sheokand, General Secretary, HCM.
The association has around 3,000 doctors in charge of several government hospitals in Haryana.
Previously, on November 9, the doctors were wearing a black badge, and on November 12, they held a decrease in a drop of pen for two hours throughout the state.
