Chandigarh: The government Haryana on Tuesday decided to reduce 30 percent of the syllabus for the middle and upper middle class in the current academic session.
The Haryana Board President, Jagbir Singh, said the decision was taken when the school was closed due to the pandemic and education of Coronavirus was disrupted.
“The School Education Board, Haryana has decided to reduce 30 percent of the syllabus for the middle class (class 10) and senior secondary (class 12) for the 2021-22 academic session,” the official statement said.
Singh said like last year, this time the second syllabus was reduced by 30 percent.

Schools in Haryana have been reopened last week after almost three months only for grade 9 to 12 in the middle of a tight Covid-19 protocol.
