Yamunanagar: Heritage Development Board Haryana Sarasvati (HSHDB) Deputy Chair of Dhuman Singh Kirmach said that the Chiefisters of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh said they would sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on January 21 to give approval to develop a dam at Adi Badri to rejuvenate the Saraswati River.

Dhuman Singh held a meeting with HSHDB members and officials of several departments on Thursday and suspected several officials for the event.
