Ambala: Police on Monday arrested three people, including a woman, because of their alleged involvement in the murder of a man in the Ambala Cantonment area in Haryana.
The defendant has been identified as Gaurav, Radha, and Bhuri, all residents of Ambala Cantonment, who will be produced in court on Tuesday, a police officer said.
The deceased has been identified as Arjun from the Chhappar Mohalla band.
In the complaint of your Arjun, Mohit police registered a case against Gaurav, Radha, Bhuri, and an unknown person under Section 34 (general intentions) and 302 (punishment for murder) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) at the Ambala police station on Monday.
Mohit told the police that around 11:30 a.m.
on Sunday, his brother, Arjun returned home and said that he was attacked by several young men.
“I was with Arjun and my aunt Asha came out near the memo shop where Gaurav stood with a knife in her hand, her mother Radha carried a brick, Bhuri from Khatek Bathing also stood there with a stick in her hand and there was another unknown person,” Mohit said .
“After seeing us, they attacked us and Gaurav began to stab Arjun with a knife.
When we shouted to ask for help, many people gathered at that place.
However, the defendant managed to escape,” said Mohit.
Mohit said that they took Gaurav to a civil hospital, where the doctors claimed to die.
“Our team caught the third accused of accusing in this case and they will be produced in court on Tuesday.
The next investigation is being carried out,” said a police officer.
