YAMUNANAGAR: The police have filed a case from a 48-year-old guy in Yamunanagar district of Haryana for allegedly sexually assaulting and impregnating a 12-year-old woman.
The case was registered on the complaint of woman’s father against Nathi Ram under Section 6 (punishment for aggravated penetrative sexual assault) of the Protection of Children against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and also 376 (3) (punishment for rape on a female under 16 decades old ) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in Radaur police channel.
According to the data, the woman is studying at Class VI at a government college.
In his criticism, the woman’s father stated,”I lived with my family in a dera from the farming areas of a farmer.
Nathi Ram had been residing on exactly the identical dera for the last six-seven decades.
But on June 3, my daughter complained of abdominal pain and people required her into public health centre (CHC) in Radaur.
