Chandigarh: The government Haryana on Friday moved the Supreme Court to challenge the command of the Punjab and Haryana High Court which remained as a state law to provide a 75% quota to the local population in the private sector work.
The APEX court will hear the state government’s request on Monday after being mentioned before the Chairman of the Indian judge by lawyer General Tushar Mehta for an urgent hearing.
