Noah: A father worried about his daughter’s education had moved by a court, looking for his intervention to appoint regular teachers in regional government high schools for girls.
Not availability of teachers, the Petitioner said, influencing his 13-year-old daughter’s education and 129 students registered at school.
The Petitioner, the 36-year-old Khan Isab, said the school had run only with one teacher for several years and this had hampered his daughter’s education and other girls who studied there.
After several rounds of meetings with the regional government failed to produce results, Khan said he was forced to take legal roads.
He is a teacher, who runs an educational institution for elementary school students, said Khan, “Melat (Noah) continues to stay back because there is no access to the right education.

“In his petition, Khan had named the Secretary of the Head of Haryana, District Education Officer Nuh and Principal of the Biwanese Middle School for the Daughter of Defendant.
A local court recognized his request on December 21, 2021, and summoned officials from the Ministry of Education to respond.
The next hearing is scheduled on January 20.
In his petition, Khan stated that there was “only one teacher for the past few years at school.” While the Education Officer of Inderjit Singh refused to comment on this problem, the Head of Cluster Blok, Judge, acknowledged all 14 schools under his jurisdiction who lacked teachers.
