Kurukshetra: On the opening day of the parliamentary session, the HANAA Power Engineer Association (HPEA) will hold a protest meeting in every circle on Monday against the electricity bill (amendment) proposed 2021.
The HPEA executive body met in Kurukshtra on Sunday, where the Secretary General , KK Malik, said: “The Monsun session bill should not be in a hurry but refers to the permanent committee on energy.
As the main stakeholder, electricity consumers and employees of the polls must provide opportunities for parliament.” President Rampal Singh Association said: “The 2003 electricity law allows the privatization of power plants through de-licenses and now the new proposed bill put the way to privatize the power distribution through de-lisensing.”
