Chandigarh: Haryana on Tuesday reported 24 new Covid-19 cases, one death and 18 recovered during the day.
Eight districts maintained Covid’s free status while 1.79 lakh people got a vaccine jab during the day.
Gurugram reported 10 of the highest cases followed by four of Faridabad, each of the two cases from Ambala, Yamunanagar and Palwal.
While one case was reported from Panchkula, Sirsa, Rohtak and Kurukshetra.
The only death was reported from Karnal Regency.
With this cumulative covid number of countries has risen to 77,18.75 cases, 76,16,16 recovery, 10,055 deaths and 185 active cases.
On the vaccination front, from 17,90.99 Jabs vaccination, the first dose was given at 39,347, the second dose was given to 139752 people.
Cumulative coverage of Covid-19 vaccination in the state reached 29,600,012.
The positive Covid on the day was reported 0.08% while the level of recovery and the respective mortality rate was reported 98.67% and 1.30% respectively.
