CHANDIGARH: Haryana deputy chief minister Dushyant Chautala said on Monday the government intends to make the country a major MRO (maintenance, repair and reform ) hub in northern India in the area of aerospace and defence equipment manufacturing.
This is beneficial to both the juvenile and civil aircraft.
This pulse will also decrease the maintenance cost for many airlines.
Chautala stated that in the following five decades, the state authorities intends to create employment opportunities for around 31,000 childhood, indirectly and directly, by investing in 7,000 crore within this sector.
The deputy CM, that also holds accountable for Civil Aviation Department, was presiding over the assembly of senior officers seeing’Haryana Aerospace and Defence Policy-2021′ about Monday.
Dushyant stated that’Haryana Aerospace and Defence Policy’ has been ready to pull businesses from this business.
For the formulation of the policy, a committee had been formed.
The committee has prepared a draft coverage after accepting tips from each of stakeholders.
He explained that approximately three months before, a seminar of stakeholders had been organised to take proposals for the creation of the coverage at which agents from reputed firms engaged and gave their proposals.
He stated that from the proposed coverage, particular concessions are provided to the businesses investing within the area of aerospace and defence equipment manufacturing in the Condition.
