Lucknow: As Prime Minister Narendra Modi was released around RS 1,000 Crore for Lakh beneficiaries under three government schemes aimed at women’s empowerment on Tuesday, #NarisHaktideshKishakti became the top Twitter trend.
A government spokesman said the program handled by PM in Prayagraj, where he joined the CM Yogi Adyityanath, saw the presence of around 2.5 lakh women.
“Twitter associated with news on Tuesday when PM and CM spoke around 2.5 beneficiaries of the lakh in a only event.
Hashtag #NarisHaktideshKishakti remains the topic of the top trend in India on Twitter,” he said.
The hashtag tweeted around 70,000 times, passed 1.5 billion impressions and reached more than 192 million people.
CM, which also tweeted using the hashtag, said: “According to the vision of Prime Minister who respected Shri Narendra Modiji, the government over works with full commitment to ensure their safety, respect and independence while guarding and promoting their dignity and promoting women’s dignity.”
