Lucknow: Lucknow bench from the High Court of Allahabad will hear the request on September 24th about what the benefits are based on SC / ST acting and the rules framed below it can be given to family members of the victim Hathras.
Jaspreet Roy Justice Justice Justice Singh gave orders to pills that apply Hathras in which the cremation of the victim’s girl was not done in the right way.
Previously taken to pay attention to the bench that the victim’s family had not provided a house by the state government.
It also pleads that families can also be given RS 5,000 monthly retirement, agricultural land and other benefits.
