NEW DELHI: A request to control the press from’sensationalising’ the trial of wrestler and Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar in relation to the passing of a 23-year-old person, also hunting guidelines for reporting criminal cases was cited on Thursday ahead of the Delhi High Court which consented to listen to on May 28.
The request was cited in front of a seat of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh which let it be recorded for hearing on Friday.

The plea was transferred by means of a law student alleging that Kumar’s livelihood and reputation was ruined by the press’s reporting of their case against him in relation to the Chhatrasal Stadium brawl that resulted in the departure of this 23-year-old wrestler.
