HC allows Rajoana to attend father’s Bhog on January 31

Chandigarh: The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday was allowed by Balwant Singh Rajoana, who was punished in the case of the former CM Biant Singh murder, to attend the Jaswant Singh Pastor Bhog ceremony with an adequate police escort in Kalan Rajoana Village in Ludhiana Regency on January 31.
The High Court for the Punjab Government’s instructions to give him parole to attend his father’s last ritual who died on January 22.
The court was told that Patiala Central Jail Supervisors had rejected the application of release requirements on January 24.
Rajjoana has been behind bars for 26 years.
He is the end of Jaswant Singh’s final lift.
After Rajoana’s advisor stated that maintaining the nature of the case, he would not oppose any condition, the Justice Division bench Ajay Tewari and Justice Pankaj Jain would attend Bhog from 1pm to 2pm on January 31.
