NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court Monday led North Municipal Corporation of Delhi (North MCD) to disclose its set of financial assets and monetary balance to analyze the dilemma of non-refundable of wages to the workers and pensions to individuals retired.
The large court cautioned it’ll now begin minding the civic body possessions as the workers and retired employees cannot wait for wages and pensions.
A seat of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Jasmeet Singh led the North MCD’s chairman to submit the affidavit revealing the resources and bank accounts and also listed the matter for additional hearing on July 8.
