Judge further said that if the defendant submitted any application to recall a warrant, the judge must see whether the accusation is related to the same set and whether the CRPC part 41-A (for crime with a sentence of less than 7 years) is followed or not.
“If the arrest is important, then follow the guidelines for the DK basu case.
Don’t harass the pair on behalf of the investigation,” said the judge and also directed the couple to work with police investigations.
