Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday fell many in the state government for a delay of almost five years in deciding the implementation of go 111 to protect and define the catchment of twin reservoirs, HimayatSagar and Osmansagar, spread in 84 villages.
Warning that it will dissolve the high power committee led by the Head of Secretary of Somesh Kumar who has done a little in the past five years, HC gave a situation time until August 16 to explain the stand.

But then in 2016 he founded the IAS four member committee with a 45-day deadline that was extended to six months.
Now, even after four and a half years later, the IAS committee did not make progress or given a recommendation, the Petitioner said.
