Nagpur: Nagpur bench Bombay High Court on Monday direct the applicant to add Scam Nagpur District Central Bank (NDCCB) accused of permission to help prosecution in the past 20 years.
Justice Rohit Deo asked Madhukar Gomkale, Babarao Runjhe and other applicants to accuse the main fraud of RS150 Crore Scam – Dairy Development Minister Sunil Kedar and others – as respondents with the next hearing date.
The applicant, through Shread Advisor Bhandarkar, has challenged the rejection of their four applications to help prosecute by special court fraud cases on August 28.
They show that poor and poor depositors, the majority are farmers, cheated, looted.
And cheated by the mastermind like a minister and accused of another.
The applicant has made the Maharashtra government through the police station conscious as the only respondent in this case.
Their enrost was a victim of the crime and illegal defendant, the applicants through Bhandarkar emphasized that they allowed them to join prosecution to secure justice.
